2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Batch Chief for your home bakery operations. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of your recipes, customer records, and business data. We process that information only to provide and improve the service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid access is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to the plan you choose. You can manage or cancel billing from your store settings.

5. Liability

Batch Chief provides operational tools and calculations. You remain responsible for final pricing, legal compliance, and business decisions.

6. Updates

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or through the website.
